The finished surface provides long-lasting protection while restoring a rich, uniform black appearance.
Crack Sealing
Before sealcoating began, approximately 1,612 linear feet of pavement cracks were thoroughly cleaned and sealed using hot-applied rubber crack sealant. This essential maintenance step helps prevent water from penetrating beneath the asphalt surface, reducing the risk of further deterioration, potholes, and costly structural damage.
