We do. Asphalt repair is a core part of what we offer, especially for lots with surface damage like cracks, potholes, or soft spots. We can patch those areas before applying sealcoat or striping to restore a clean, smooth surface.

How often should we schedule asphalt maintenance for our lot?

For most commercial lots, we recommend asphalt maintenance every 2 to 3 years. This includes sealing, crack filling, and line striping to prevent long-term damage and avoid more costly repairs down the road.

Do you provide pavement maintenance services for all property types?

Yes, we work with shopping centers, office parks, multi-family housing, and more. Our pavement maintenance services include sealcoating, striping, and minor repairs to keep your lot looking clean and safe.

We stick to schedules and communicate clearly so our work doesn’t interrupt daily operations. Timely maintenance is important for safety and appearance, and we’re used to working in active lots without slowing things down.

Do you focus on high quality materials or just speed?

We never cut corners. We use high quality sealer with additives that improve traction and protect against oil damage and steering marks. The goal is always long-lasting results, not just a quick fix. We believe in offering effective solutions, not temporary ones.

Do you offer paving too, or just maintenance?

Our focus is on maintenance, not full paving. We repair and protect existing asphalt through sealcoating, striping, and small patchwork, but we don’t currently take on full paving projects.
