Position Summary:
The Project Manger at Proline Parking Lot Maintenance, Inc. plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations. The Project Manager will support the Operations Manager and Operations Crews to produce quality results and uphold safety standards. This includes In-House and Sub-Contracted project execution, monitoring production rates and margins, pre deployment preparation, post deployment cleaning procedures, product inventory supply accountability and all project related logistics. This position will ensure that Pavement Maintenance Operators (PMO’s) are escalating the scope of work in an efficient manner aimed at achieving a 5-star Google review, encouraging PMO’s to operate independently with proficiency and ensuring a project scope of work is executed for invoicing. The Project Manager shall conduct themselves in a professional manner, will lead by setting the example based on Proline Core Values. Perform as a brand ambassador in support of the Proline social media and marketing efforts.

Founded in 2010 and under current ownership since 2016, we’ve grown from a one-man-and-a-machine hustle to a full-fledged team of over a dozen skilled professionals. We specialize in sealcoating, striping, crack filling, signage, and property beautification for commercial properties – shopping centers, office parks, logistics facilities, and more.
Not always! We’re open to training the right people, especially for crew positions. You’ll start with basic duties and minor tasks before taking on more responsibility.
Nope! We operate year-round, though summer is our busiest season.
Most crews start between 6–7 AM and wrap by mid-afternoon. Admin roles work standard office hours (8 AM – 5 PM).

Yes! Team members often earn overtime and are eligible for performance-based bonuses.
We handle jobs at a variety of sites like office parks, apartment complexes, repair shops, and even the occasional Walmart parking lot. Each site has its own setup, and we adjust our work to fit the space and schedule.
You don’t need to know all the local laws before you join, but we’ll train you on what matters. That includes safety rules, traffic control, and how to work in a busy parking lot while staying aware of people and cars.
You don’t need years of experience – just a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a desire to do things right.
